If you’re like us, you’ve been playing around with Zoom virtual backgrounds national parks and might have been looking for some National Park options. After all, what’s better than joining a Zoom meeting from the edge of the Grand Canyon, atop Angels Landing at Zion National Park, or from the Cables at Half Dome at Yosemite?
We love national parks and have a goal to visit all of them. In fact, we visited 21 national parks last year alone in an epic road trip! In our travels, we’ve taken a lot of photos that work great for Zoom meeting virtual backgrounds.

On Computer
- Right-click on the image
- Select Save Image As…
- Select a location on your computer, such as Downloads
- Click Save
On Phone
- Press and hold on the image
- Select Save Image
- You can find your image in your Photos app on your phone
How to Set Up a Zoom Virtual Background
Here’s how to download and save these images:
On Computer
- Open Zoom and join a meeting
- Start sharing your video
- In lower left corner of the screen, click the menu arrow next to the camera (video) icon
- Select Choose Virtual Background
- If it is your first time using a virtual background, it may prompt you to download the virtual background app. Do so.
- You can then choose your virtual background from the pictures below your video.
- To add a picture, click the “+” sign and select the image you want to add.
On Phone
- Open Zoom and join a meeting
- Start sharing your video
- Click “More…”
- Select Virtual Background
- Select an image or press “+” to add a new image
- Select “OK” to access images
- Select your image

Hi I found your article on zoom virtual backgrounds very interesting. Your national park photos are breathtaking. I heard that you can download a video as your virtual background. I am not sure how to do this after a number of attempts. Do you know how to do this? What websites provide short videos? I have a Mac air. Would appreciate any helpful steps or suggestions.
