When I found out that I could make a HUGE picture with an engineering print I was ecstatic! I love bold and beautiful, but not when it comes to those dollar signs! My first engineering print picture only cost me $13!! Amazing, right? Well a lot of other people thought so too, and the idea took off! Look at how cool some of these are!! Some engineering prints ideas go on the walls but one of my favorite ones is a giant coloring pages!! (see below!) So here are some great ideas and maybe you can make your own bold and beautiful print!

I recently tried to print an engineer print with some graphics for a dresser for my son and my local Staples said they no longer print anything but line drawings on the engineer prints. They won’t print any photos because it uses too much toner and that I would need to print a poster if I wanted the larger prints. I live in such a small county that I cannot believe that many people have been in making engineer prints of photos that they would have to make this rule!

it is a giant black-and-white print, the paper is kind of thin, but it means you can get giant prints for pretty cheap – I love them!
i need more instructions about engineering printing 🙂
I just took my file to a print shop and asked for an engineer print – hope that helps!
