DIY Cinnamon Ornaments
What you need:
- Aleene’s Tacky Glue (4 tablespoons)
- cinnamon, (1 cupe)
- ground cloves, (1 tablespoon)
- ground nutmeg, (1 tablespoon)
- applesauce, (3/4 cup)
- water, (2 tablespoons)
- sealable plastic baggie
- Round Cookie Cutter
- Straw
- Decorating: Tulip Dimensional Fabric Paint

Combine all ingredients into plastic baggie. Seal bag. –
Mash contents until combined and dough forms. If too dry/crumbly, add more tacky glue or water. If too wet, add more cinnamon.
Roll out until about 1/4 inch thick.
Cut dough with cookie cutters.
Using a straw, punch out holes for hanging the ornaments. Let dry 24 hrs or bake on low (200 degrees) for 45 minutes.
Once dry, tie with twine to create a hanger.
Use dimensional paint to decorate ornaments. Let dry.
