A tisket, a tasket, Mini Cheesecake Baskets… Are you here looking for a quick and easy and yummy and of course super cute Easter dessert idea?? You’ve come to the right place! I just love those desserts that are fun, but simple to make. These are no exception!
They turned out super cute! And tasty!
First, grab all the best ingredients – you can find the full recipe over at Kraft Recipes, don’t miss out on it!
I went ahead and the made the main cheesecake part and had them cooled and ready for decorating.
At that point, I turned the treats over to my girls – they loved being involved and creating! I love that this recipe was one that even they could do.
We even put together a quick video of the process – enjoy that!
We had a little trouble at first getting the handles to stay up – a trick that helped was to leave the pull-n-peel out for a day to stiffen up a little, then it was able to hold up it shape better.
These Mini Cheesecake Baskets are the perfect treat to take to friends or neighbors to brighten someone’s day. Or if you’re in charge of bringing dessert to Easter dinner, this will have you covered! For sure check out the recipe, and you’ll see how simple and fun they are to make!
