It’s veggie season! Summer is upon us, and that means lots of veggie-eating is about to happen. A veggie platter is a go-to for summer parties, but I have a fun twist on that idea today – how about single-serve veggie cups. That way it’s grab and go (and it presents super cute). Along with the veggie cups I’ve included the amazing Greek Green Onion Veggie Dip – yum!! I’m letting you in on the secret of that recipe as well (it’s so easy with the Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt Dips Mix!), so it’s a jam-packed post today.
See, it’s the perfect summer party idea for veggies. Or even to have ready and on-hand for afternoon snacks for the kiddos.

First, let’s make the dip. You’ll need:
—Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt Dips Mix
–1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt
–1/2 tsp minced garlic
–2 tsp chopped green onions
This is super easy to make! Just pour all the ingredients into your bowl…
Stir until well combined…
And let chill to give the flavors a chance to combine (about 20-30 minutes, or longer). Meanwhile go ahead and rinse and chop up your favorite veggies.
Then you can pre-load the grab-n-go cups. I found the condiment cups near the plastic plates and cups at my local grocery store. Put about a tablespoon of dip into the bottom of the cup. Fill with veggies.
That’s all there is to it! The veggies cups are sure to be a huge hit, whether at a summer party or just for summer snacking.
And remember, the secret to the dip – this mix makes it so easy. My kiddos love snacking on veggies, as long as there is dip involved. Look for tons of other great Hidden Valley® recipes ideas – yum!
