Hello there, I’m Emily from The Benson Street, I love to celebrate and create. One of the reasons I love the holidays is because of all the great parties. Especially parties with yummy treats. I love frosting, cakes, cookies, you know all the sweetness. It all is just amazing. Like these mini fancy party cakes. They are delicious. You will definitely want more than one, but they are prefect for showers, get togethers and holiday parties.
These adorable fancy cakes are like a two bite cupcake. They are small, but they are packed with yumminess. Add cute holiday cupcake liners to serve them in and bam, you’ve got an impressive treat.
To start the cake is over the pound cake variety. Then each cake is frosted and then rolled in nuts. Yum! Top them off with a cute holiday toothpick to add to the holiday fun.
I’ve served these awesome cakes at baby showers, church events and then as a snack (from the leftovers). The other great thing is these cakes can be made ahead of time and then frozen. Perfect to prepare for a big event ahead of time, like a Christmas or New Year’s party.
Whip some up and enjoy some time at your holiday get togethers this year!
