We have jalapenos in our garden. The other day while grilling hamburgers, Trevor threw together some Stuffed Jalapenos – easiest ever. He just shoved a hunk of cheese stick down into it. That was genius, but then he got super amazing and used the beater paddle things to hold the jalapenos upright – of course I stopped him on his way outside to get a picture of that fabulousness:

And done. Of course I didn’t have one because I’m a wimp and don’t like anything remotely spicy, but I hear they were good.
Does this still count as my Saturday Recipe Post, even if there’s only 2 ingredients – well, yep!

yum – those do look good. Alas, I too am a wimp and either dip spicy food in ranch dressing or just skip all together!
Yum! And the way you are holding them is brilliant! Why have I never thought of this?!

Mmmm, I need some of those now.
Oh yum! I needs me some spicy now. Kudos on the “holders”. I would love for you to show this off at my Wickedly Crafty Saturdays!

These look amazing!
Take jalepenos and seed and rinse them like he did. Stuff with cream cheese and sausage (1 brick to 1 pound) and wrap in bacon. Grill. Yum.
we always take the jalepenos halve and seed them…fill them with cream cheese, sprinkle with paprika and bake
them…oh my, I could eat a TON of them!
Brilliant usage of the mixer tines! Awesome!!
