These look absolutely delicious. Have the feeling I’ll be trying these in the next little while. 🙂 I’m wondering though if it’s possible to cut down on the amount of powdered sugar or are they just sweet enough with the four cups?
They aren’t overwhelmingly sweet. If you cut back on the powdered sugar you probably wouldn’t have enough frosting to frost the whole batch. It really just depends on how much frosting you would put on each cupcake so it’s definitely up to you. Also, if you took out some of the powdered sugar, make sure to lessen the other ingredients in the frosting as well, or it will be too thin. Thanks so much!!
