Hello! I’m Morgan of Pink Antlers Studio and I’m so excited to be here to share a festive, no-bake cheesecake in a jar.
I used this recipe from allrecipes.com (with slightly less lemon juice) & a Keebler graham cracker crust. It made 6 cheesecakes in 8 oz. wide-mouthed ball jars.
To make, follow the directions on the box for the graham cracker crust and press a few heaping scoops into the bottom of each jar.
Then, blend the 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese (softened), 1 (14 oz.) can of condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice & 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. After it is well blended, scoop into jars on top of the crust and then chill in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
Once chilled, top with your choice of fruit. I used fresh raspberries, blueberries & strawberries to create a festive tray of RED, WHITE & BLUE desserts.
These are a quick and easy desserts that travel well (just screw on jar tops) and tastes delicious, too!
