Digging it out of the archives, I was a pattern tester a few months ago for the Wildflower Top, so I want to be sure to show off my version for you – –

I was pleasantly surprised with this top – – I don’t know what I was expecting, but I just didn’t know it’d have such a perfect fit.  I like that I had to step up the sewing just a little to add a few pleats in the front.  Also, the front panel is sewn in – I used a fuschia solid to pull out the speckles in the main fabric:

 (note, I still have and love my Glass Tile Pendant of my kiddos – you should make yourself one!)

I didn’t get around to hemming it – I’m lazy about that with knit shirts because they don’t fray so you don’t have to hem them, which means I can be lazy about it.

 It’s fun to take time out to make something for myself every once in a while!

    The speckled fabric is fabulous, and your wildflower top is really cute. I didn’t realize they were pleats rather than gathers–I like it even more now.
