As I eluded to, I’m all about super easy fall decor – and this project fits perfectly! Check out this Washi Tape Pumpkin:
I was at Michael’s Craft Store and saw their Halloween decor section – which included tons of choices of Halloween washi tape – awesome!
Of course I had to have some – and then I knew it’d be perfect for a simple way to decorate a foam pumpkin:
Because of the curve of the pumpkin, I decided to run the washi tape down the sides of the pumpkin instead of around it. Just tape pieces all the way around like shown below:
I left spaces in between the tape strips because I was going to fill them in with a different color of washi tape. But I ended up really liking how the pumpkin was peeking through, so I left it that way. The choices are endless on pattern and design that you want to focus on.
I also found theses cute die cut 3D spiders and thought they’d be a fun addition:
Have you started busting out your fall decor?? Being this early is a first for me!

This looks like a fun project for me and the girls! I like the ‘bling’ pumpkin the best! I have not gotten out any fall decor, but I do have a bag of ‘fall’ items I found for a few dollars at dollar general at the end of the season. I pass that bag in my garage every day and I can’t wait to get them out and hang them up! 🙂
