yum. so yum! We had fun the other day trying a new dinner and it turned out ah-mazing. And SO easy – I made the P.F. Chang’s Home Menu Orange Chicken frozen meal in the new family size. P.F. Chang’s Home Menu family size skillets just launched in January and are available in two varieties: Orange Chicken and Chicken Fried Rice. Their meals and appetizers are made with authentic, made-from-scratch sauces and vibrant veggies. It was the best at-home Orange Chicken we’ve ever had! To go with it, I also made a Simple Pineapple Drink – it was SO good and the perfect pairing for the meal. All of the kiddos loved it!
You’ll be making yourself this Simple Pineapple Drink in no time!
P.F. Chang’s Home Menu’s new line of Family Size skillet meals allow your entire family to indulge in a mid-week adventure – for us it made a boring weeknight meal into something way awesome. P.F. Chang’s Home Menu makes it easy to satisfy your mid-week craving without the hassle, bringing bold, authentic and adventurous flavors to your home kitchen.
Simple Pineapple Drink
You’ll need:
-2 cans of pineapple chunks
-1/2 cup of Coconut or regular milk
-1 cup of ice
Just blend those ingredients until smooth! You can adjust the amounts as desired. Garnish with a piece of pineapple and enjoy!!
It goes so great with the P.F Chang’s Home Menu Family Size Orange Chicken. They make their sauce from scratch, just like at the restaurant, so you can make the meals at home while keeping the authentic Asian flavors.
Making the meal at home was SO easy – just heat in a pan. Everything is built into that one step, including the sauce. I LOVE that it was so easy to make.
Orange Chicken, made with real Orange Peel and other carefully selected ingredients that allow caramelization of the sauce, replicating the wok cooking process. Yum!!

This looks sooooo tasty! Pineapple is my fave!
Mandy,
My husband looks at those frozen meals all the time, but hesitates to get them. haha. Since I’m vegan, he would have to eat all of that himself with no help from me. Buying and making that would be much cheaper than going to the actual restaurant itself. The pineapple drink looks amazing and I love how simple it is. I’ll pin it 🙂
