Boots sticking out of socks are all the rage right now. I’m all about being all the rage, so I had to jump on that bandwagon. Ignore the super dirty mirror – –
So I whipped these up – – no sewing, no nothing. I can’t even do a tutorial for you because there aren’t that many directions. But I’ll try:
–Grab a sweater. One from your to-giveaway pile.
–Grab some scissors.
–Cut the arms off.
–Pull them onto your legs like socks. That’s it – I didn’t finish the edges or anything – they’re way down in the boot so no one knows. They go from my knee to my ankle – guess I should have taken a picture of that. I did wear normal socks under these, to cover my feet.
I wore them to church with my boots and a dress – the dress was a little past my knee, so I hiked it up to show you the socks – but in real life, you could see them when I walked and my dress swished, so I didn’t have to walk around with a hiked up dress or anything.
So, grab yourself a sweater and some scissors, and jump on this fashion train 🙂
I did the same thing! 🙂 Although I will say I don’t wear them if I’ll have to take the boots off because then I look a little goofy… or I take both of REALLY quickly. 😉
