THIS IS A SPONSORED POST IN COLLABLORATION WITH PEBBLES CEREAL
These are Ah-Mazing. My tween and I tested them and she’s just kept repeating “these are SOOOO good”, and it’s true. SO GOOD. Yum!! You should just go ahead and make some right now. I’ve got the Chocolate Banana Crepes Recipe for you!
They come together super easily and quick – perfect!
Chocolate Banana Crepes Recipe
Makes 10-12 crepes. You’ll need:
-2 tbsp oil
-1 cup cocoa pebbles cereal
-1 tbsp cocoa
-1/2 cup flour
-1 cup milk
Banana Cream Filling:
-1 pkg banana pudding
-1 1/2 C heavy whipping cream
-4 oz cream cheese
-1 banana, sliced
I used my blender for mixing the crepes. First blend the Cocoa Pebbles into powder.
Add other ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour a small amount into a round pan. Swirl the excess batter around until it fills the entire pan in a thin layer. The key to crepes is to keep them thin. When the edges start to get crispy, like shown below, flip the crepe over and finish cooking. Repeat for all crepes.
Banana Cream Filling
Meanwhile, make the banana cream filling – or assign it to a kiddo to make 😉 Simply blend all ingredients until smooth and thick.
To assembly the crepes, put a line of banana cream filling down the center. Top with banana slice and Cocoa Pebbles (I like the little crunch that they add!).
Then wrap up the crepe and top with chocolate syrup and more Cocoa Pebbles. Then enjoy!!!
It was so fun (and yummy) to incorporate the chocolate and flavor of Cocoa Pebbles!
Enjoy them!!! I’ll be making these again VERY soon!!
