SING DIY Cupcake Toppers

Loving the Movie SING or SING 2 – of course you are! Looking for cute FREE PRINTABLE Cupcake Toppers? Of course you are 😉
Our copy of SING has been on repeat over here during spring break – have you seen it?!  You need to!  And when you do, make it a fun family movie night, complete with cupcakes – because everyone loves cupcakes.  And I have quick and easy SING DIY Cupcake Toppers available for you – wahoo!

Let’s jump right in to the tutorial!

SING DIY Cupcake Toppers

You’ll need:

–colored paper

–FREE SING Cupcake Topper Printable (found here)

—colorful paper straws

–2 inch and 2.5 inch punch (optional)

First off, you can cut out the SING characters using the 2 inch punch.  Just flip the punch over and line them up in the viewing window, to make sure it cuts in the right spot.  If you don’t have a punch, you can simply cut them out with scissors.

Repeat for all of the characters.

With the 2.5 inch larger punch, cut out coordinating colored circles for a fun background border:

Once everything is cut out, it’s time to assemble!  Using a glue stick, glue the back of the character circle:

Then place it on top of a color circle.  Repeat for all characters.

Cut a colorful straw in half (0r use a toothpick) as shown:

Then using hot glue, attach the straw to the back of the colored circle.

Voila!  That’s it!  Now they’re ready to be placed on top of your cupcakes!

When you make your cupcakes, consider using coordinating sprinkles.  And then grab your movie and make a fun night of it!

Everyone can choose their favorite character cupcake as a treat to accompany the movie.
