A few random things that I bundled into one post instead of bombarding you with several small posts….
HUGE shout-out to my contributors – they just wrapped up a 6 month stint here on Sugar Bee Crafts and ROCKED it. See some of the awesomeness that they’ve been posting:
**If you’re not already following them on their own awesome blogs, you need to do that**
here they are:
Kids Crafts (first Friday) – – Shatzi, Love and Laundry
Felt (first Saturday) – – Nancy, Do Small Things With Love
Fashion (second Friday) – – Kilee, One Little Momma
Party (third Friday) – – Katie, Tied Ribbon
Printables (third Saturday) – – Carissa, Carissa Miss
Food (fourth Friday) – – Shannah, Just Us Four
Opinion time!!
First up, What I Wore Wednesday – – it’s where I show a few outfits that I’ve tried, etc, on a post each week. I used to get tons of comments on those posts – it would be one of my highest posts for the week. But lately they hardly get any comments at all. So – – love it or leave it?? I could go either way with it, so I just wondered what you thought:

Next up, Contributor Topics – – I have brought some awesome contributors on board because they cover topics in areas that they are expert in and I am not. I am wanting to make sure that we are covering the right topics that are relevant to you, the readers. Which topics do you prefer to see here on Sugar Bee Crafts from contributors??

Just a comment –
I hate that I have to click through to a new page for every single post I choose to read on your blog. I imagine a lot of people are frustrated with this, and that could be the cause of your comment count lowering. It is just annoying to click away to another page, and then hit back to see the next post, then click to another page again…. I usually just look at what fits on the first page & then leave your blog, even though I enjoy reading your posts & have done so for quite some time :o)

Thanks for the insight Sara! I’m always wanting to provide optimal reading for everyone. I have been leaving the posts as full posts for about a week, then making them “snippets” after that – – but I’ll consider leaving them full. Thanks!

I don’t mind the snippets thing as long as it gives a good preview of what is in the blog.
Sara, I find the page loading faster with the snippets, but I hate the clicking back thing too. What I do is right click on the post and open it in a new window. Then I close it when I am done and the list of posts is there for me to chose from again. I do this for blog hops too.

I voted neutral on the WIWW posts. Since you also said you could take it or leave it maybe just do it once or twice a month instead? May be a good compromise. Love your blog! 🙂
