This project is so fun – I absolutely LOVE personalized ornaments – and this is a super easy way to get that, with a Personalized Cling Ornament. You’ll want to make a ton of these!
You’ve got a couple of options with this type of ornament – you can just apply the Puff Paint directly onto the ornament, but if you’re like me, spacing letters is a huge challenge – so the other option is to make a “cling” that you can trace, and that’s what I’m going to walk you through today.
Personalized Cling Ornament
You’ll need:
–Clear Ornament
–filler (optional)
–Tulip Puff Dimensional Paint
–printed name
First you’re going to print custom name template and place it in a plastic sandwich bag.
Then using Puff Paint, trace over name template. Tiny words are tricky (like the 2016) and you’ll want a thick-ish font.
Let dry completely. Then carefully peel name decal from bag and place onto ornament.
It will “cling” right to the ornament! That’s all there is to it!
