I don’t know about you, but for me, I’m much more effective at crafting when the kids are sleeping. So I was planning on making my girls some shirts for them, while they were sleeping. But then I got to thinking how easy this product is to use and how they’d really love their shirts tons more if they made them themselves – so we went for it!
It was really a lot of fun and I know they will love their shirts because they made them.
I was able to review some products from Tulip – Tulip® Fashion Glitter™ Shimmer Transfer Sheets and the Tulip® Fashion Glitter™ Shimmer Fabric Paint
Go ahead and click on those links to see more about the products – they were great! Here’s a sample:
So basically, the glitter sheets are sheets of iron on. You cut out the shapes you want and iron them onto your project. The girls wanted hearts cut out so I did that for them. They ironed on very easily and are sticking great so far.
Then the paint is glitter fabric paint – it doesn’t get better than that. I painted their names and then they traced over them for a second layer. Then they added all the other painted embellishments.
The finished shirts:
My review of Tulip Fashion Glitter Sheets and Paint is highly favorable – if a friend ever asks about a good fabric paint, this is what I will suggest – it was just so easy to use, went on smoothly with great coverage, and of course had the glitter factor.
Modeling the fabulousness:
If you are still shopping for gifts, I think this would super fun gift to give to a girl – a blank Tshirt and some of the paint and glitter sheets – like a DIY shirt kit – I know I would love to get that, as would my girls!! Making it themselves was huge fun.
Big thanks to Tulip for letting me review their product – Find my post disclosure here
