Hello everyone! This is Becky from Patchwork Posse here to share another quick and simple tween project. I blog about lots of easy sewing projects, and I’m the home of the 52 Quilt Block Pick Up and the Yearly Round Robin. Today we are going to talk about Hair & Hexagons!
We will actually be making up some small flowers to go on a bobbie pin…and then in our hair. I have short hair, but even I get bugged by my bangs…and I wear bobbie pins.
I don’t really enjoy having the plain big stick looking things poking out of my hair, so I try to find ones that have a little flower or pompom on the end.
Because you are making your own you can easily customize them to match an outfit, or stand out crazy like- in flouresent colors. Either way, they are a great way to accessories or to make as a gift for friends.
