Double Layer Applique

I was asked to do some applique embroidery. It is where you sewing material onto something, outlined in shapes, letters, etc. I’ve done it alot, but never considered layering the material. It turned out cute – it’s green material with clear netting material with stars on it layered on top. I’m glad someone was creative enough to think of layering – oh, the possiblities! (side note – at our church the children’s church has a motto of “CTR” which means “Choose the Right”, make right choices in all you do)
