Christmas Crunch with fun packaging - From The Woman Cave

Christmas Crunch is one of my favorite gifts for family, friends, neighbors, and teachers. It’s delicious and so easy! I’ve got a quick tutorial, followed by some fun packaging ideas for you.

Here’s what you will need to make Christmas Crunch: (printable recipe follows)
Mix all ingredients, except white chocolate chips and oil, in a large bowl. Melt white chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in the microwave at 50 % power. Follow the directions on the package. It only took about two minutes in my microwave. Pour melted white chocolate chips in the bowl and mix very gently. Spread out on cookie sheets that have been lined with a Silpat or waxed paper. Pop in the refrigerator for about one hour. Break apart. Warning! This stuff is highly addictive! Make plenty, because you won’t be able to stop eating it! All edible goodies taste better if they are packaged beautifully. I filled a jar with Christmas Crunch and added a burlap ribbon. I embellished the jar with a paper rosette, a big red gem, and a handmade tag.

I decorated this glassine bag with some die cuts, washi tape, and a clothes pin that I stamped and embellished.

I filled a cellophane bag, and created this topper from kraft cardstock. I added some cotton lace, a paper doily, and a little tag. I stamped the tag with snow flakes and a sentiment. A twine bow and some pearls complete the tag nicely.

For this gift, I filled a clear box, tied it with pretty ribbon, and made a tag. I stamped a precious reindeer, and embellished with gems and some holly leaves.
