Part of the “How Has Blogging Changed Your Life Series” – –
I never in a million years would have thought that blogging would change my life as much as it has. The end.
Oh wait… You probably wanted the reasons it has changed my life.
Well. Too many to name. But… Since I love you all…. I will try.
When I first started my little ole blog… It was more something to do than anything else. Husband was commuting and was gone long periods of time… And I was bored! I needed an outlet. And since I was already crafting I thought, heck. I’ll put them on a blog to show my family and friends. Fast forward three years–The blog has grown… Surpassing the ten followers I thought would be the max. With that growth has come many fun opportunities. Sssssssoooooo many friends I would never have met otherwise from all over the world. (probably the best part). I have learned that I love to write, to take creative photos, to think outside the box and I hate to capitalize my sentences ( I’m on my iPhone so it’s correcting it for me and driving me nuts). I’m actually pretty shy in real life… So I love that I can put my full personality in it without the awkwardness that seems to exist around me in real life. It has really brought me out of my shell.
And now I’m slowly getting to the point were I’m able to help support my family through the blog… Which Is really just the cherry on top of a massive piece of cherry cheesecake. You know that quote about doing what you love and never having to work a day in your life? I feel like that! This blog has never felt like work…and the best part is… I can call in sick whenever I want! My boss is the awesomest!
And if you love Kimbo…
we are doing another Hangout On Air – which means that we craft LIVE – – it’ll be Easy Crafty Valentine Accessories, and it’ll be tomorrow, 9am PST, 10am MST, and 11am Central time. I will have a post right here on my blog at that time that will show the video live – so come watch! Or you can watch on Google+ and comment LIVE while we’re crafting and then we can give you shout-outs….

It’s so fun to know that it turned from a hobby/outlet into something so much bigger! Love that!
