Trick-or-Treating as a kid was always such a delight! I loved going door to door and collecting as much candy as I possibly could, and once in a while, someone would sneak in a non-candy toy in my bag. It was so fun to get home and dump all of my goodies out on the floor and see what I got. Now-a-days, it’s becoming more popular to hand out treats that are safe for kids with allergies by having a teal colored pumpkin sitting by the door. A house with a teal colored pumpkin means that it’s a “safe house” for kids who have allergies to some ingredients in candy. Have you heard of this before? I think it’s so neat! Since teal is one of my favorite colors, I’m all on board! Here are some great ideas for treats to hand out that all kids can enjoy!
