Classic Mickey Mouse is timeless – and did you know that there is now a craft line. Seriously, Disney and Crafting – I love when favorites collide! And it’s not just Mickey – check out all that the Disney Craft line has to offer.
I used several of the products to put some crafty touches on a Mickey Mouse themed birthday party – so fun! And I’ve all the details and tutorials right here for ya…

First up, every birthday kiddos needs a special personalized birthday shirt. And with this craft line, it was super easy to create.
Find the letters you need in the iron-on alphabet pack…
And simply cut them apart. Arrange them how you would like. I used a felt head silhouette as my shirt feature.
Then you’ll iron them into place. I used a thin cloth between the iron and the letters (not shown).
And then simply peel off the clear pieces and the letter will be left, adhered. That’s it!
For the banner, I used the adhesive-backed felt. I just removed a portion of the backing and stuck to to twine/yarn.
Put them in the order you’d like and hang and enjoy – quick and easy! My kind of project.
For treat favors I used the chalkboard head silhouette decals – a chalkboard marker worked great on them, as would just regular chalk.
Then it’s adhesive-backed so you can just attach them to water bottles. Kiddos love the personalized touch!
For cupcake toppers I used a couple of adhesive-backed burlap silhouettes, and just stuck them together around a paper straw.
Then the straw can just poke into the cupcakes. It’s fun to get kiddos involved in the party prep:
It’s all the fun details that really brings the party together.
The balloons were a fun touch – we made them more cohesive with the theme by applying an adhesive Mickey silhouette. It’s not perfect because the balloon is a sphere, but it has a great touch.
All these party craft supplies are precut and ready for you to dive on in and get to creating! You can find them at Jo-ann Fabric and Craft Stores, in store and online. And happy party crafting!!
