Do you remember a while ago, when I had an ill-fitting shirt and I made it into a dress for my girls by shirring the waist?? That shirt refashion post is here, and here’s a couple of pictures from then:
Well, they loved it. But the problem – – only one dress – and two girls. So when I saw a stripey tank at a garage sale for $.50, I knew I’d use it to make another dress. Once again, super easy, super cute.
If you haven’t used elastic thread yet, you have to give it a try!! (here’s what to look for, and here’s a video on it shrinking – so fun!)
