I am playing along with the Craft Lightning Series (click to see all the other fun projects!) and needed to come up with a 15 “seuss” craft – I asked my kiddos what Dr. Seuss craft I should make and my first grader said “Charades!” and I was totally on board – great idea!
So, let’s get started, Yes, this is as easy as you think it is. I first complied a list of titles to act out:
Then I just cut those apart and used a glue stick to attach them to fun paper, and then cut those out too.
And that’s it! To play, you’ll draw a random card and then have to act it out until the crowd guesses what you are trying to act. Dr. Seuss book titles lend themselves well to charades because even if you don’t know the book, you can still act out the title and participate. Fun all around!!
If you love Dr. Seuss Crafts, be sure to check out my Dr. Seuss Activity Blocks from a couple of years ago – they are amazing and one of my favorite things I’ve crafted in the past – so fun!
