It comes with the sauce separate, which I think really helps with the freshness. You cook the meal a few minutes, then add the sauce over the top, then cook a couple more minutes. Easy. They are full of 100% all natural, wholesome ingredients.
Now, we’re doing pretty good – running a few times a week (not crazy – just a mile-ish) and eating pretty healthily. But we have this “cheat weekend” philosophy. It makes the week go easier because instead of saying “I can’t have treats” we just aim for “I’ll have that on the weekend”. And do we ever!
