What a better way to celebrate Star Wars day here on May the 4th then to show off my little friend that I just finished up. We are kind of in love with how he turned out! We will definitely be spending a lot of time on Disney+ today! Yea for fan art!!

Crochet Baby Yoda Pattern
So there isn’t actually a pattern out there – BUT here’s an option. You can adapt the Baby Bear Pattern by choosing green yarn instead of brown and adding elongated ears (that option is in included in the pattern.) This Baby Bear pattern is from CraftyIsCool and I thought it was great! Easy to follow and worked up nicely. I did accidentally put the eyes on the back of the head instead of the front, so watch out for that, or even wait to put the eyes on until you’ve gotten all the way to the toes to see which way they’re facing (although that does make it a little trickier to stuff, but it’s not too bad).
You will definitely need the Large Safety Eyes – those are found on Amazon, here. There are a variety of yarn options given in the pattern, and you can find it online or in craft stores. I loved the yarn I used for the doll but kind of regretted my yarn choices for the robe.
Baby Yoda Doll
He even stands on his own! (side note, gotta love that color wall, right?!)
I’m pretty proud of him!!! What are you doing to celebrate May the Fourth?!
