Um, do you know what today is?! Happy April Fool’s Day!
A couple of years ago I did a whole Shabby Chic Necklace holder post for an April’s Fools Joke:
So for THIS YEAR Trevor and I had this awesome idea to redirect our URLs for the day, so if you came to my blog, it’d really be his blog, and if you came to his blog, it’d really be my blog. Or something like that.
BUT – with April Fool’s Day on a Monday, it snuck up on us. And we didn’t get it set up. And really, I don’t even know how to redirect a site. And I don’t even know if that’d be funny anyway. Maybe it’s the thought that counts??
So – – just check out his site and pretend that you got there because you were on my URL and pretend that you’ve been fooled 🙂
So, since I’m not on the ball – – do you have any favorite April Fool’s tricks? Like something to make the day fun for my kids?? Leave me a comment so I can get some ideas – thanks!
Thanks for checking out this post from www.SugarBeeCrafts.com – – click on over to read it in its entirety – you’ll love it!

I put salt in the sugar bowl when I was a kid and for some reason my Dad didn’t think it was funny when he put it in his coffee. Today I told my co-workers I was retiring in May but no one believed me.
I need to know if you are still using the board with nails haha? I hung a curtain rod in my closet and hang scarves and big necklaces. It is on my blog glutenfreepoodlehome.com
Love your cute site.

Cute idea! I can’t believe how fast April 1st crept up. I have never been one for jokes but do find them funny 🙂

Love that shabby chic necklace holder! Too funny. I’ve been surprised by how many bloggers have gotten into the whole April Fools thing…and I’ve been taken by a lot of them. Did you seen Urban Outfitter’s prank? Or Make It and Love It’s? Or Clever Nest’s? Hilarious.

One time my dad asked me to bring him a coke while he was working on remodeling my grandmas bathroom. He didn’t know it was April 1st and I’d be dying to do a prank (my 10 year old self) I poured out the cola and filled it with Mountain Dew and when I gave it to him stole a swig so he wouldn’t be suspicious of it being open. It was quite a shock to him 🙂
