Eeek!! I’m on my way to SNAP, only the coolest Craft Blogger Conference out there. It’s near Salt Lake, and I’m near Kansas City, so I had to fly. (Speaking of, my flight had be changed last-minute because I was stopping over in Denver and there was a Winter Weather Delay – in APRIL! So now I’m flying through Las Vegas, and not landing til after midnight. Awesome.)
So, I fly out of Kansas City International Airport – – it’s about 20 minutes from me – not bad, but still a little inconvinence. So instead of having Trevor take me and pick me up, I’m parking there. And using The Parking Spot for my airport parking – yes!
I made my airport parking reservations a few weeks ago and have been waiting in anticipation. And now the time has come. I rode with a friend – check out the van, all snuggled in to it’s safe spot:
And here I am enjoying the ride into the airport in luxury:
The people from The Parking Spot are super helpful and friendly and it’s so easy to have them drop me off right at my gate and not worry about a thing. Shuttles ever 5-7 minutes – way more frequent than any other I saw. It was so nice to be loaded up in covered parking and dropped right at the curve, becuase it was a super dreary day:
And I feel so awesome driving around in the spotted van – -because it’s just so fun!
Do you have The Parking Spot at your airport? Check – and look into using them for your next trip – you’ll love it. The likelyhood of having them at your airport is high – they have 34 facilities at over 22 airports!
AND – – let’ me tell you about the super-awesome idea of The Spot Club – you get a FREE day for every 7 days paid – I love incentive clubs like that! You just grab a card from your Parking Spot Cashier and you’ll get points for that, and each, stay of yours. You can even register your card online so that you can track things like parking activity and awards. And there’s an optional service to link it to your credit card so you can earn points and pay for your stay. I love using club cards!
So you don’t miss any fun stuff, you can follow @TheParkingSpot on Twitter and like The Parking Spot on Facebook. That’s how to know all the fun stuff about them and what’s going on.
QUICK UPDATE – – I just flew in to this awesome welcome crew – seriously great:
